Our Fees

Since 1994 (under Section 68 of the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994) all clients are entitled to an estimate of the fees that will be charged for any service provided - either the actual charge or an estimate for how the charge is calculated. O'Mahony Solicitors provide competitive rates which are available on application together with a listing of all necessary outlays.
